Rachel Jayne is a Maryland based singer songwriter with pop and blues influences. After more 5 years of solos performances all over the east coast, Rachel is no stranger to the stage. Performing in venues such as The Freeman Stage and Paul Cullen’s Kitchen in Delaware, Room 33 in Erie, Pennsylvania, Oaked 110 in Snow Hill, Maryland and many more.

Bio
Since age 6 Rachel Jayne has performing for and delighting crowds, starting with musical theater, which she pursued into college while attending New York Film Academy in New York City. There she cultivated and trained her voice with professionals straight off of the broadway stage. After graduating in 2020, Rachel decided to further her education in Songwriting and Composition at Berklee College of Music. While there she realized her passion for songwriting and released her first single 'Rather Be Doing' in December of 2020. While in college Rachel continued to perfect her solo acoustic performance playing venues such as The Freeman Stage in Delaware, Roadie Joes Bar and Grill in Salisbury Maryland, Oaked110 in Snow Hill, Maryland, Paul Cullen's Kitchen and the Foxhole in Milton, Delaware, and many many more. During the week, Rachel is an instructor for young musicians at The Academy of Music Performance in Downtown Salisbury. There she teaches students how to explore and create their individual and improve their confidence on stage. Rachel also uses her formal voice training to give private lesson to help students reach their full potential.
